  1. Interesting, so it is a war with words regarding definitions, and they are talking past one another. Personally, I do not think that Fauci is such a monster that he would deliberately help China develop “gain of function” to such an extent that China would have a bio-weapon. But all this mess does indicate that one cannot trust other countries who do not take man’s rights seriously enough to give them such capabilities, even if that was not the original intent. In other words, since China is either communist or fascist today and has been for many decades, then we should not help them develop any type of thing that could be used against us in the future. China may well have lied about what they were doing in Wuhan.
