  1. Prposing an alternative alongside the defunding is a good idea, do you know anyone who could write one and send it to them?
    Could “No taxation on medication!” work?

    • Apparently they have an alternative piece of legislation prepared. Not that they have any hope of passing it before 2016…. All Republicans have control of right now is the power of the purse. And so the question is: will they use it? Or will they wimp out? Crossing fingers, toes, paws, whatever we have around here in hopes that they’ll actually use the power that our founders gave them.
